Best Male Racks

I know this isn’t one of those amazing weight loss stories or huge transformations, but this is a difference of 20 weeks… It proves that good eating and committed workouts makes a difference. I’ve been trying to gain weight for the longest time and used to work out 3-4 days a week and tried eating somewhat well but went an entire summer without gaining a single pound and it was degrading. I decided to make a commitment to working out 6 days a week, eating healthy and having the right calorie/protein/fat/etc. consumption and see where that would get me. For a guy with an insanely fast metabolism, I managed to gain 14 pounds in 20 weeks… People who tell me I’m lucky to have the body I have really just don’t know how much I’ve put into the last 8 months or so. (I didn’t start taking these progress-type pictures until about 20 weeks ago). There are no excuses you can make for not being able to attain a body goal. Commit to it. Believe in your heart that you can do it and believe in the healthy eating and workouts and you will begin to see improvements. It takes time. Be patient.
